Portraits

As I have mentioned somewhere before, a real challenge is not only to approach a wild animal, but actually taking shots from a low angle, as one would in certain portraiture sessions.

The light was almost perfect, it was soft and warm, and in the distance dark rainy clouds brought up the dark blue like background which created a dramatic effect and contrast between the clouds, golden lions fur and the savanna.
